Replaces OEM: 21066-025, 99996-1159, 21061-024. Bolt-on replacement for the stock regulator & rectifier. Solves the problem of overcharging batteries. Simple to install - NO CUTTING OR SPLICING OF WIRES. Fits Kawasaki KZ1000 (77-78) KZ900 (76-77). Installation instructions: Remove the existing regulator & rectifier taking care with the bullet connectors. Bolt this new unit in the place of the old regulator (under the battery box). Plug the green connector into the electrical panel, connect the ground wire to the engine ground point (behind the kick starter), connect the wires normally going to the rectifier on this new unit and you are done.

The kit is for all Kawasaki 4 cylinder models. The Kawasaki Kit includes: 4 red flashing spark plug caps with rubber boots as shown. These caps are at a 120°angle. 1973-80 Z1, KZ900, KZ1000 and any KZ models that have 4 cylinders. Replaces the spark plug cap on virtually any car or motorcycle. Looks awesome day or night. Enables you to see if your spark plugs are getting juice since they light up every time your coil sends voltage to the spark plug. Easy to install. Unscrew or cut your old caps off and screw in the new ones. Rubber covers block out moisture that can cause shorting. Spark Plug Caps fit 10mm, 12mm and 14mm spark plugs and accept 7mm or 8mm plug wires.  Does not interfere with engine performance.  See how they look on my KZ900.

DYNA Ignition Wires - 7mm copper core (black) fits any motorcycle up to four cylinders. Z1 KZ900 KZ1000. Also see, Flashing Spark Plug Caps above. Installs easily by unscrewing the old plug wires from the coil and screwing in your new wires. Coil removal from bike is not necessary.

Replacement stator for the Kawasaki Z1. Comes complete with wiring from the stator up to the 6-pin blue connector block and the alternator cover grommet. Also includes the wiring to the neutral and oil pressure switches - each of these have the eye type connector found on the early Z1's. This stator will also fit the KZ900 and 77-78 KZ1000 - although you will have to replace the two connectors going to the neutral and oil pressure switches. These stators are over-wound to generate 10-15% more electrical output - crucial in allowing you to run with headlight on all the time. See also the solid-state heavy-duty regulator/rectifier combination units. By upgrading the electrics with these two items, the Z1 KZ900 & KZ1000 electrics are greatly improved.

Wiring Harness Set $229.99

A great replacement harness and for restorations. The connector blocks have an additional snap connector to keep the blocks firmly connected. The new connector blocks work with original Kawasaki connector blocks. Will also work with KZ900 (76-77) models but does not include the hazard lights wiring connector.
