If you did not receive a confirmation of your order. Please contact us via email since we do not have your correct email address.


Another way of ordering is by sending us an email. Please include the part numbers and part name, price and quantity. We will then email you a purchase invoice and you will have the option to use your PayPal account or credit card, we accept VISA or MasterCard.

Currently our phone support is very poor. If no one is available to return your phone call. Please order your parts online. It is best to email us to get a response within 24 hours and we can email you photos and links for quick information. If you do not have a computer, your public library has computers for internet shopping or the new cell phones work too. We do have a faster shipping method for the decals we sell and there should be an option to select it at checkout and I believe the ETA is within 7 days. Canadian shipping is like slower than snail mail (USPS).

Complete motors are too expensive to be mailed. Local pickup is available in Minnesota, if we have any parts available.

Mail is sent out Monday thru Friday by USPS Priority Mail. Or maybe sent by FedEx, Mon-Friday. As always, if you have questions of any kind, the best way to contact us is by email which is located in the upper right corner of every page.


Our shipping prices are set at a fixed rate and do fluctuate from time to time, so the more parts you buy at one time, the more you save, unless you live overseas, shipping costs may be more. Prices that do not have a $1.99 (price) or an Add to Cart link may not be available. If a price is not linked to the shopping cart then the price is not correct or we cannot obtain it. Please send us an email to request a part/price. You may receive another email if you ordered a part that is over-sized, like a Windjammer fairing to cover additional mailing costs.

When placing an order, please include the YEAR/MAKE/MODEL & model letter if known and your phone # in the comments/note section on checkout.
