Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery on decals & pin-stripes since they are mailed by Canadian POST. ETA to your door is:
Canada within 7 business days.
USA 7-14 business days.
Overseas 2-3 weeks. May take longer during holiday seasons.
Italy is well over 4 weeks and sounds like a Customs problem.Overseas mailing rates are expensive and we are working on the slow mailing services (snail mail). You may call your local post office to see if any packages are being mailed to your address or ask to talk to your Customs office locally.

For mailing delays on overseas orders: Please check with your local post office, ask them what packages are being mailed to you from Canada and ask them the phone number or to talk with Customs since this is where the mail is usually delayed or returned to the sender, if unclaimed.
