Domestic & Worldwide Shipping

All merchandise is mailed by the
United States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority Mail. Fragile and items such as, windshields, will ship by insured mail
and most in stock items will be mailed to you the next business day. We mail merchandise
every morning, Monday through Saturday. Over-sized or heavy items will be mailed
by
FedEx. If you find your merchandise
was damaged in shipping and your product was insured, please contact us immediately
from the email you received when purchasing the product. Or you may contact us anytime,
just click the "Email"
link at the top of any page. A tracking/confirmation number
will be emailed to you after your purchase. If you did not receive a tracking #
you may
request one here.
All motorcycle products are delivered by USPS
Priority Mail. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas residents, please send email
for a shipping quote or a purchase invoice. You may be charged additional shipping
costs if your part weighs over 70 lbs. or is an over-sized package.
Worldwide shipping notice
Shipping costs are currently set at a fixed rate. You will receive a credit when
ordering hence you will be paying the actual mailing cost. All worldwide packages
will be insured and there is no exceptions to this policy since we want to ensure

To guarantee you get the right parts for your
bike, please include the YEAR/MAKE/MODEL & MODEL LETTER in the "Comments/Note"
section when purchasing or in a separate email. Please
read our step-by-step instructions before returning any merchandise, please
email us from the email you received when you purchased your product or from the
"Email" link on top of this page and include your purchase order number from the
sales receipt and the reason for returning it. Your sales receipt may be located
inside the box or inside the plastic envelope underneath the shipping label. This
expedites communications of what you purchased and lets us know who you are and
what you have purchased. Returns can only be made within 15 days of purchase. Please
email us immediately of any damages that may result from shipping, as most of our
products are mailed via insured mail. Insured shipping is also an option to all
of our customers for all merchandise we sell.
Step-by-step instructions on returning your
part(s)

Read Our Return Policy
Our return policy is simple.
We accept
all returns that meet the following conditions

15-Day return period Please
be sure your return reaches us within 15 days of the date it was delivered to you.
Original packaging in good condition Please include all original packaging
in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings -
including writing of any kind) with your return.
Unused condition or used parts We are unable to accept returned items that
have been installed, used or damaged. Nor do we accept returns on used parts we
sell. If there is a problem with your used part we sold, send us an email.
Returns on electrical parts Like your local dealer, we are unable to accept
returns on many electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this
condition - please contact us before returning electrical items.
Closeout items We do not accept returns of items purchased on closeout, chemicals
or used parts.
Restocking fees A 20% fee will apply. Please see Step Two below.

Determine your Return
Number
If you ordered an item by mistake or just don't want it anymore.
Your Return Number will be the same as your Purchase Order # (located on your printed sales receipt). When you use your Purchase Order # as the
Return Number, we will credit you for 100% of the merchandise value (not including
any mailing costs) on all new parts and accessories that meet our return conditions.
Returns on all new parts that meet our return conditions are subject to restocking
fees of 20% of the part value when you use your Purchase Order # as the Return Number.
Write this number down on a sheet of paper along with your reason for returning
the part and any other comments you'd like to leave.

Why do we charge restocking fees on returned OEM
parts? We return all OEM parts to the manufacturer and in doing so face two
charges:
1. The cost to return the item to the manufacturer and
2. A restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer. We will cover this return
shipping expense but we pass on a portion of the restocking fee charged to us by
the manufacturer.

If you'd like to return an order for any other reason, see step
3. If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because
of a mistake in your order, please send us an email immediately and we will assist you -
in these cases no restocking fees will apply. Contact us and we will reply to you
within 24 hours.
3. Mail back your part(s) by insured mail of the mail courier of your choice.
Also include a brief summary of why you are returning
your item along with your sales receipt. Insured mail is the best policy because
if we don't receive it, you can track it down with your tracking number. And if
the mail truck runs it over you will be reimbursed by your mail courier.
Packing and Sending Back Your Return
We include plenty of packing material with every order to prevent
damages during shipment. When returning something to us, please re-pack all items
using the materials we sent. Keep in mind that shipping companies can be very tough
on packages! Please be sure not to write on or damage the Manufacturer's packaging
material as this can make an item non-returnable. Mail returned parts to the
