Any parts in stock have an ETA to your door of 3 business days.
Most out of stock parts have an ETA to your door of 4 - 7 business days, including
Saturday if mailed by USPS. All merchandise is mailed by the
United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or
FedEx
Ground. All parts will ship by insured mail and most in stock items will be
mailed to you the next business day. We mail merchandise every morning, Monday through
Saturday. Over-sized or heavy items will be mailed by
FedEx.
If you find your merchandise was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately
from the email you received when purchasing the product. Or you may contact us anytime,
just click the "Email" link at the top of any page.
A tracking/confirmation number will be emailed to you after
your purchase. If you did not receive a tracking # you may
request one here. Our shipping prices are currently set
at a fixed rate.
Worldwide shipping notice
Shipping costs are currently set at a fixed rate. If you ordered
decals and reside outside of the USA, you will receive a shipping credit.
On all other parts you will be paying the actual mailing cost. All worldwide packages
will be insured and there is no exceptions to this policy since we want to ensure

To guarantee you get the right parts for your bike, please include
the YEAR/MAKE/MODEL &
MODEL LETTER
(info in pdf) in the "Comments/Note" section when purchasing or in a separate email.
Please read our step-by-step instructions before returning
any merchandise, please email us from the email you received when you purchased
your product or from the Email link on top of this page and include your purchase
order number from the sales receipt and the reason for returning it. Your sales
receipt may be located inside the box or inside the plastic envelope underneath
the shipping label. This expedites communications of what you purchased and lets
us know who you are and what you have purchased. Returns can only be made within
7 days of purchase. Please email us immediately of any damages that may result from
shipping, as our products are mailed via insured mail.
Step-by-step instructions on returning your
part(s)
1. Read Our Return Policy
Our return policy is simple.
We accept all returns that meet the following conditions

7-Day return period Please be sure your
return reaches us within 7 days of the date it was delivered to you.
Original packaging in good condition Please include all original packaging
in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings -
including writing of any kind) with your return.
Unused condition or used parts We are unable to accept returned items that
have been installed, used or damaged. Nor do we accept returns on used parts we
sell. If there is a problem with your used part we sold, send us an email.
Returns on electrical parts Like your local dealer, we are unable to accept
returns on many electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this
condition - please contact us before returning electrical items.
Closeout items We do not accept returns of items purchased on closeout, chemicals
or used parts.
Restocking fees A 20% fee will apply. Please see Step Two below.

Determine your Return Number
If you ordered an item by mistake or just don't want it anymore.
Your Return Number will be the same as your Purchase Order # (located on your printed
sales receipt). When you use your Purchase Order # as the Return Number, we will
credit you for 100% of the merchandise value (not including any mailing costs) on
all new parts and accessories that meet our return conditions. Returns on all new
parts that meet our return conditions are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the
part value when you use your Purchase Order # as the Return Number. Write this number
down on a sheet of paper along with your reason for returning the part and any other
comments you'd like to leave.

Why do we charge restocking fees on returned OEM parts? We
return all OEM parts to the manufacturer and in doing so face two charges:
1. The cost to return the item to the manufacturer and
2. A restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer. We will cover this return
shipping expense but we pass on a portion of the restocking fee charged to us by
the manufacturer.

If you'd like to return an order for any other reason, see step
3. If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because
of a mistake in your order, please send us an email immediately and we will
assist you - in these cases no restocking fees will apply. Contact us and we will
reply to you within 24 hours.
3. Mail back your part(s) by insured mail of the mail courier of your choice.
Also include a brief summary of why you are returning your item along with
your sales receipt. Insured mail is the best policy because if we don't receive
it, you can track it down with your tracking number. And if the mail truck runs
it over you will be reimbursed by your mail courier.
Packing and Sending Back Your Return
We include plenty of packing material with every order to prevent
damages during shipment. When returning something to us, please re-pack all items
using the materials we sent. Keep in mind that shipping companies can be very tough
on packages! Please be sure not to write on or damage the Manufacturer's packaging
material, and if the parts are not insured (gets lost in the mail or is damaged),
as this can make an item non-returnable/refundable. Mail returned parts to the address
