Will a Vetter fairing fit my motorcycle?

Yes, a Vetter fairing will fit almost any motorcycle. The trick is finding the mounting bracket for your bike. If you need a mounting bracket, email us with your bikes YEAR/MAKE/MODEL & Model LETTER (if youre bike is newer than 1985 you will need to find a metal fabricator to make a custom mounting bracket). The Vetter company sold out their business in the early 1980s.

I am not sure if I have a Vetter fairing. Will your windshield fit my fairing?

Are the Vetter fairings made out of fiberglass?

All vetter fairings are made of ABS plastic and will not shatter, dent or rust but they can crack. Hotcha repair kits are used for this kind of repair.

Which models do these windshields fit?

All windshields for the Vetter Windjammer fairings, fit all Windjammer II, III, IV, V & SS models, Vindicator and the classic Kawasaki fairings.

Will the Lowers fit my Windjammer SS?

All Lowers will fit each model above, except the Windjammer V model.

Will the QuickSilver fairing fit my bike?

Yes, a Vetter fairing will fit almost any motorcycle. The trick is finding the QuickSilver mounting bracket or fabricating one for your bike.

Windjammer IV

Looks like the Windjammer SS and is hard to tell the difference, with built-in turn signals.

This fairing does have a crack in the right rear mounting hole area (shown in photo) but does not make noise while riding. Can be repaired, see fairing repair kit. Has soft cover on the left, cigarette lighter and hard cover on the right with lock and keys. Comes with everything shown except windshield. See windshields.

Used White Vetter Windjammer IV fairing SOLD
Looks like the white Windjammer SS, except this one has just the Windjammer decal and pin stripes are gold/black. Comes with everything shown except windshield. Will have a new lock replaced with 2 keys. Very nice condition, like new, no deep scratches or cracks. Overseas shipping is not possible with this part. See new/used windshields.

Windjammer V

Newest style Windjammer for the late 1970s and looks similar to the IV & SS

This model has a left soft vinyl cover that snaps on and the right side has a hard cover locking compartment for storage and a convenient headlight adjustment knob with headlight.

Windjammer SS

Looks like the Windjammer IV and is hard to tell the difference, with built-in turn signals.

Does not have turn signals built-in, but does have the brackets to support them. This model has a left soft vinyl cover that snaps on and the right side has a hard cover locking compartment for storage with key.

Vindicator

Does not have turn signals built-in not in stock. This model has a left soft vinyl cover that snaps on and the right side has a hard cover locking compartment for storage.

Windjammer II
