Download Help and Instructions

You cannot open the file on any device from our web site (the password only works if you have already downloaded the file). You need to download the file first and save it to your device. If you cannot download the file or you get a server error, file not found (404), try again in an hour or better yet send us an email with your name, city and state.

Right-click (PC) or Control-click (Apple) on the "Download the PDF Manual" link and select "Save Target As..." or "Save link as..." then save it on your Desktop so you can find it easily. You may not be able to open it from this site, so Download the PDF Manual to your computer. If you just click on the link and it opens in your internet browser, you can click "Save as Copy" under the "File" menu.

If you get a CRC error. This means you need to re-download the file to your computer. CRC is cyclic redundancy check meaning the file was not fully downloaded. So you will need to download the PDF manual again.

Step-by-step instructions on how to download a manual to your computer if you are getting CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) errors ...

Find the link on this page to download the manual you purchased. Then right-click (control-click on Apple) on the link Download PDF Manual, select "Save Link As ..." or "Save Target As ..." and your internet browser will bring up a dialog asking where/which directory (folder) you want to save the file to. Choose a place to save the file where you know you can find it easily, like your Desktop or the root of your hard drive. It should take more than 30 second to a few minutes to download the file depending on your internet connection speed and the size of the manual. When the download is finished, find the PDF manual and open it by just double-clicking on the file to open it. A dialog will appear asking you where you want to save/install the file (this just decompresses the file) and/or just enter your password. If you cannot find the file you just downloaded; control F (command F on Apple), type in: .pdf and press enter.
